Returns and Exchange

Our Policy

All items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and must have all tags attached in order to be eligible for a return. Note: All items must be returned with any original packaging, including any tags the item came with.

For all refunds, we deduct AUD $10 for Australia and $30 for international destinations to cover shipping and restocking costs, whereas returns made for store gift cards are free. Refunds may only be issued to ​the credit card, or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.

All items must be returned within 14 days for Australia and 20 days for international destinations from the delivery date. We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 14/20 day time frame outlined and will not be accepted.

Unfortunately we cannot do exchanges or returns for sale items, so please make sure you are certain of your style and size.

Return Instruction

1. Prepare Your Package

Pack your return securely with the original packaging if possible, and please include your original packing slip. Note: All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

2. Drop It In the Mail

Use the courier service of your choice to return your item(s) to the following address:

            PO Box 8278, Armadale

            3143 Victoria, Australia

Declare your package as " AUST GOODS RETURNING” on your commercial invoice and keep the tracking number for your records.

3. Wait for Your Refund

International return parcels may take multiple weeks to be delivered at our office. Once your return has arrived, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way.

Please note that for refunds to the original method of payment, we deduct $8 to cover the cost of restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact with your order number and description of the damaged item. We'll make sure you're taken care of.
